A good article in that it points out the balance docs/patients need to consider between side effects and therapeutic effects. Not really sure that Perphenazine (aka Trilafon) is really considered by docs as a first-line treatment for the newly diagnosed. So my "minus one star" was for a lack of clarity on the site's rating system.
